The commercial form of child sexual exploitation - "sexual abuse or exploitation of a child for the financial benefit of any person or in exchange for anything of value", as the source complaint defines it. That complaint alleges Meta "[f]ostered unmoderated user groups devoted to or facilitating CSEC", and that it fell to outside investigators to "identify vast networks of CSEC on Meta's platforms".
