Dismissed with prejudice, without payment

P.M.Y. dismisses her claims with prejudice against Meta, Instagram, Snap and YouTube — every defendant but TikTok, which had settled with her earlier in the month — and the court vacates her 10/28/2026 trial date at her own request. The dismissal is entered 8/21/2026. Per counsel it reflects her wish to move forward with her life rather than pursue a settlement.
