Overall, the leads were supportive of us exploring this space with an overarching recommendation to spend more time on research and understand work before committing execution time to the problem space in H2 2022. Here is a summary of our review, split as two topics for an easier read. Concentration of Harm: We have data to show that Teens have higher prevalences of violating content than Non-Teens (1.4x-1.8x SWOP), driven by Bullying (1.9x-3.1x) and SSI (1.8x-3.8x) and Cold Start users have higher prevalence of violating content (1.3x-2.8x SWOP) driven by Nudity (1.2x - 4.9x) and Sexual solicitation (1.5x- 6.1x) primarily driven by Connected Feed and Profile visits.
