Instagram's account-recommendation surface, the IG counterpart to Facebook's PYMK. The source document states that on a single sampled day the filtering failed in both directions: 7.2% of accounts flagged as potential IIC violators (about 1.4M of 19M) were recommended to at least one teen, and 4.0% of AYMF recommendations made to those accounts (about 3.4M of 85M) were recommending teen accounts.
