Content results on search that appear on the For You tab - the media half of Instagram's split search results page, and the half the policy work treats as the measure of a query's risk. Rather than judge queries against a fixed keyword list, policy was being updated "to use SERP Media rollup to inform whether a query is considered non-rec", making what this surface actually returns the test of whether a term counts as non-recommendable at all.
